James Robert Williamson, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 1 at 11:28am for driving while suspended and vehicle liability insurance required.  He was released the same day at 6:36pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Andrew Stephen Lawson, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 1 at 2:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Patrick Joseph Simmons, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 1 at 7:47pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 8:19pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Clarence Dale Hawkins, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 1 at 10:53pm for aggravated sexual battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
